In 3018, following the recognition of Kowloon as a subservient state in the Tai Pen Empire, a vast amount of unexplored solar property fell under the purview of the Diadem of Kowloon. It being necessary to survey and protect those unexplored lands, the Lord Empress of Kowloon chartered a specific company of her own soldiers and tasked them with carrying the Diadem's influence into these technically Kowlani, but practically uninhabited lands.

They are distinguished by a badge they carry, which signifies their mandate from the Diadem.
