Created out of the need caused by rift between the City of Glass Militia and the Uial Lug Free Company. Aleksasha Whitemeadow realized that the rivalry between the two forces was not productive to the growth or the defense of Heled from threats. Once Aniseth Whitemeadow was recovered, she reformed the two separate organizations under 1 banner to unify the efforts and funding for the protection of the growing colony. The banner is a combination of the House White Meadow banner and Uial Lug Banner, the Roses of Whitemeadow with the Wyvern of the Uial Lug. Aleksasha has also adopted this banner as her personal standard to show the unification of her house with the House of Whitemeadow.

The beginning of 3018 brought with it a rift in the Uial Lug Free Company and the City of Glass Militia, which were to be cooperating for the protection of Heled after a duel between the then leader of the City of Glass Militia, Isao and Lord Aniseth over an affront to the Lord's honor. The result was a banishment of Isao who took with him a small auxiliary force that protected Heled from orbit and when on raiding missions to fill the coffers. It was later discovered that a group of Ronin had crash landed on Heled years prior and had named Isao their leader.

Aleksasha knew that the safety of Heled could not be maintained with 3 separate militarized forces vying for control and absorbed all the available trained men and women into one banner, the Meadow Wing Forces, to give them a singular chain of command, access to equipment and the same rate of pay. Interestingly enough, the Ronin oathbound (gave their oath and bound to the lord by magic) themselves to Lord Whitemeadow, to provide unwavering loyalty to the Lord and House Whitemeadow until the last star's dying. The threat of the invading Atraxian hordes loomed overhead and Lady Whitemeadow mustered her troops to war.

After much sacrifice, victory was obtained, and heroes were recognized and blessed with higher accolades of honor and position by the Empress. By the end of 3018, the Kowloon forces saw the implementation of the Gor Gozen War Golems and handfuls of the more expensive Paladin armors, successfully combining modern technology with old world magic.

In 3038, new threats loomed in the shadows…
