No one quite remembers why the Mudwater city police department on Cesuna has a Paranormal crimes division, its last case not being in living memory, and its files highly secretive. However, a hodge-podge team of detectives, rangers, and experts might be suddenly reminded of the cause, and all of them may be way out of their depth.

Ground Rules
1, Rule: Player-on-player actions cannot occur without consent with both parties. A system will be provided to attempt to fairly address disagreements using a skill-based random chance mediator.
2, Rule: Player-on-environment (and vice versa) actions carries with it the implied consent of consequences. Players will receive a written warning if their action carries with it considerable immediate risk.
3, Rule: If a player needs further clarification on the events unfolding, or requires help getting out of an un-fun situation, they may ask the GM for written assistance or suggestions to get back into things.
4, Rule: Character-on-character bullying is allowed. Please note that before engaging in this, it is expected that you explain to your roleplay partner that it does not reflect your out-of-character views. Player-on-player bullying using the plot strictly forbidden.
