It's 3015 GSC, the Wangdaio Colonies have been plunged into 5 years of chaotic darkness in a region wide communications blackout. There are unknown numbers of wounded and missing, and the colonies have been fighting an insurgency from the Heise forces and an invasion from Xenos. Admiral Molly "Ember" Connelly of the Wangdaio Shouwei Forces's 4th Fleet has managed to cobble together enough resources on her vessel, the WCS La Lueur, to start looking for survivors and answers as to how this happened. The most important MIA is none other than Prime Minister Ayana Morita and the most wanted is Prince Yue Ziyi, the leader of the Heise.
